Monday – Thursday: 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

Geneva office:
Monday: 12:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Ashtabula office:
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (3 out of 4 Saturdays per month)

Patient forms will be completed upon arrival for your appointment.

Co-pays and past-due balances will be paid at the time of services.

An answering services is available should you need to contact us outside of regular business hours; one of our doctors will be paged if necessary.

Dr. Ahuja & Associates, UH OB-GYN performs deliveries at University Hospitals Geauga Medical Center, a campus of UH Regional Hospitals.

Dr. Ahuja & Associates, UH OB-GYN physicians offer surgical services at UH Geauga Medical Center and University Hospitals Geneva Medical Center.

You can access your health information online from anywhere using University Hospitals MyChart. This system allows you to receive lab and radiology results, email a doctor, refill a prescription, request or change appointments and so much more – all from the MyChart app.

Our electronic medical record allows us to e-prescribe any prescriptions at your appointment within seconds. This will allow us to keep better track of all medications you are currently or have been taking, even if prescribed by another office. For prescription refills please try to give as much advance notice as possible; feel free to leave a message for the nurse. We ask that for most refills your physical is up-to-date.

Medications that are more closely regulated by the FDA have different requirements for prescribers. We are required by law to see you regularly to monitor medication use and usefulness.

Patients can use MyChart to request refills from primary care and specialty providers.

University Hospitals no longer accepts cash or check as in-person payment for services. You can pay by card (credit, debit, HSA, FSA, etc.), Apple Pay or Google Pay. You can also use UH MyChart to pay your bill online or before your appointment during eCheck-in. We accept checks for payment by mail.
