At the end of this session, participants will be able to:

• Demonstrate proper patient management in Velos eResearch, including adding patients, assigning study calendars, and documenting study statuses.
• Differentiate between event status options and explain how documentation choices affect billing and invoicing.
• Identify invoiceable study activities.
• Recognize common invoicing documentation errors.
