Be prepared to save a life. Join us for an American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR/AED course designed for anyone with little or no medical training who wants to learn essential lifesaving skills.

📚 Training Information
This course is led by AHA Certified Instructors and includes:

  • 🎥 Video-based learning
  • 🤝 Group interaction
  • 🫶 Hands-on practice and coaching
  •  AED training
  • ❤️ Adult CPR skills

Participants will gain the confidence and knowledge needed to:

✔️ Recognize cardiac arrest
✔️ Call for emergency help quickly
✔️ Perform high-quality CPR
✔️ Use an AED safely and effectively
✔️ Provide care until advanced help arrives

🎓 Course Completion
Participants who successfully complete the course will receive an American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR/AED course digital completion card. This card is valid for 2 years.
