Hypnobirthing

ONE CLASS FEE INCLUDES 2 PARTICIPANTS. HypnoBirthing uses relaxation and self-hypnosis techniques to promote confidence, calm and comfort during the birthing experience and eliminate fear and tension. Classroom location:  Auditorium B in building 2.  Enter the main hospital entrance off Crocker Road, then make a sharp left and walk through the walkway to Building 2. Turn right and Auditorium is the last door on the left.
