Division of Endourology

Longstanding Trusted Partner for Kidney Stone and BPH Treatment

The Urology Institute Division of Endourology is a longstanding, trusted partner for kidney stone and benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH) treatment. Building on the foundation of clinical expertise, our redefined approach is focused on patient care, new technologies, and research discoveries that will define new ways to treat individual patients and offer them multiple treatment options. Our biggest strength is providing every treatment option currently available, including all the latest technologies and discoveries.

Fellowship-trained experts grow and lead new ways to provide faster care and more effective results. The latest treatments are conveniently available to patients and their families at our regional hospitals. We work with our regional hospitals on both the east and west sides to streamline kidney stone treatments. We evaluate and test with the latest technologies to ensure our patients have the best outcomes and a personalized care path.

Kidney Stone Management

Kidney stones management used to be two to three days with large incisions is now done in a minimally invasive one-day procedure providing immediate relief and prevention of future issues. Unique metabolic virtual evaluations for stone prevention are available. Mini-PCNLs and ultrasound require less radiation for younger patients resulting in less risk for other injuries and less morbidity.

The Division of Endourology offers a combination of BPH procedures tailored to each patient, making it available to patients at all of our hospitals. Our clinicians are recognized for their excellence in UroLift, Greenlight, and HoLep and offer various minimally invasive and traditional surgery options to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia.
