Outpatient Psychiatry Referrals

Physicians can follow the instructions outlined below to make a referral to outpatient psychiatrists and psychologists at University Hospitals:

1. If you are a primary care provider, specialty provider or pediatrician within University Hospitals you can place a referral/order through the ambulatory electronic medical record (AEMR).
2. For adult psychiatry services, contact our office directly at 216-844-2400 option 2.
3. For child psychiatry services, contact our office directly at 216-844-3881 option 2.
4. Should you need immediate assistance you may contact the department’s concierge by at 216-844-3455.
