Individual/Leadership Development Plan

University Hospitals uses the Individual/Leadership Development Plan across UH to help coordinate and communicate development goals.  It serves as a great conversation tool for employees and leaders to improve communication regarding opportunities, performance goals and career goals.  It can be used on its own or in collaboration with UH Performs and Path Forward (MyUHHR access needed).

Toolkits for to Enhance Team Leadership

Just-in-time tools are available for team leaders to use now. We all lead teams at times; whether you are a chairing a committee, running a residency or leading a clinical team, resources are available to enhance your skills and confidence. Examples include:
