Poster and Video Competition

Join our Poster and Case-Based Video Competition showcasing innovation, technical expertise, and clinical experience in advanced aortic and valve therapies. We welcome submissions featuring complex cases, operative strategies, novel techniques, and outcomes across a broad range of aortic and structural heart topics.

Poster and video submissions will be showcased on Friday, August 28, 2026. The selected top poster and video presentations will be highlighted during a special moderated session on Saturday, August 29, 2026. Attendance on both days is required for consideration.

Poster Presentation Guidelines

• Poster Size: 36” (height) × 48” (width) – landscape preferred
• Format:
• Title, authors, affiliations
• Clear sections (Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion)
• High-quality figures and imaging strongly encouraged
• Set-Up Time: Morning of August 28
• Presentation Format:
• Moderated poster walk or dedicated viewing session
• Authors should be present during assigned times

Video Submission Guidelines – Case-based video competition

• Length: Maximum 5 minutes
• Format: MP4 (1080p recommended)
• Content Requirements:
• Clear narration or captions
• Step-by-step explanation
• Highlight clinical decision-making
• Optional Enhancements:
• Imaging overlays (CTA, angiography)
• Key teaching points
• Discussion of outcomes and complications
