I am grateful to have them in my corner. Additionally I find the staff in the medical facility to be warm and friendly.. I always have a conversation with the lady at the valet desk. She does a great job and I admire her working at an age when she could most definitely retire. I respect University hospitals for supporting her employment as well.

Dr. Deuley has been my PCP for many years -- log before she the concierge service began. In fact I followed her to all of her locations over the years. She is an excellent doctor and very reliable. She has a terrific bedside manner, and is easy to talk to. Her nurse *** is terrific, as well. I feel very comfortable with both of them.
