Patient Experience Reviews
They're very good at listening
This was a follow up appointment after going to urgent care. While this was not my regular doctor, I was extremely glad to have seen this Doctor as she was very thorough and provided exceptional care.
Overall good experience, ***
The visit was good
This visit was for the purpose of changing physicians and I am pleased that I made the right decision
Visits always good and helpful experience
*** the provider has been very effective In dealing with a number of my conditions and she takes great care In anticipating trouble down the line. An excellent doctor!
Dr. Divya is the best!!!! So glad I found her!
Provider was excellentshe was covering for my regular internist and treated me like I was her patient.
Very much appreciated and pleased with my Dr. And staff.
She was very professional and polite. I was very comfortable with her. That Is why she Is my primary care physician.
Dr. Divya is an excellent physician. She is very careful and deliberate. She studied the vaccines I am likely to need before going on our trip through the ***. She asked questions about where we will be, reviewed suggestions with me, and referred me to the travel clinic (which hasn't retd my call). We then discussed my recent test results and went over them all. She answered my questions in detail. I am very comfortable with her, and trust her completely because she is so careful. There couldn't be a better physician than Dr. Divya.
Dr. Divya is the best. If I have called for specific information, she always calls me herself to answer. I had a question about a troubling test result, and I left that message forher just before the Memorial Day holiday. She made certain to call me Friday early evening to answer the question and she said she didn't want me to worry about it over the weekend. Very competent and very kind. That's who she is.
Love my new primary. She is excellent, personable and really takes the time to listen and make recommendations.
Neither I nor schedulers realized the seriousness of symptoms I described. They should have consulted with someone who did
Such a great physician and team!!!
It was easy and dr. Divya is a gem
Both the doctor and the nurse were excellent. They listened to my concerns, discussed options, and explained things clearly. When my BP was elevated the nurse remembered to take a second reading at the end of the visit. I had a number of concerns and the doctor addressed all of them. ***
Dr. Divya uses logic in making decisions about prescribing medications and is very knowledgable about the questions that I posed to her.
My experience with my primary physician is excellent and so pleased to have such a knowledgeable, caring physician. Dr Divya carefully listens to my concerns and helps me review my clinical decisions for treatment with other physicians in my health team. As we have gotten so specialized in health care, I find it difficult to sort out what are the best options. I am so lucky to have such a physician during this difficult time in my life and she respects my opinion as a registered nurse.

Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
