Jason Frazier, DO, is a board-certified internal medicine physician at University Hospitals who practices as part of the UH Select concierge medicine program. His special interests include the diagnosis, treatment and management of acute and chronic medical conditions, emphasizing the whole person approach to care and preventative medicine. He is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Dr. Frazier earned a Bachelor of Science in biology at Ashland University in Ashland, Ohio, and his medical degree from the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, Ohio. He completed an osteopathic internship at UH St. John Medical Center in Westlake, Ohio, and his internal medicine residency training at Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital in Cleveland.

Dr. Frazier is a member of the Cleveland Academy of Osteopathic Medicine and the Ohio Osteopathic Association. Awards and recognition he has earned in his career include being named by the Lorain Morning Journal as Best General Practice Doctor in 2015. In his free time, Dr. Frazier likes to spend time with his family and enjoy outdoor activities.
