About

Adam Evans, MD, is a reproductive endocrinology and infertility physician at University Hospitals and an Assistant Professor at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. His clinical interests include polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), LGBTQIA+ family building and third-party reproduction.

Dr. Evans earned his bachelor’s degree in history from Tufts University and his medical degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. He completed his residency in OB/GYN and his fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the University of Rochester Medical Center/Strong Memorial Hospital.

Dr. Evans’s research interests include the understanding and management of PCOS, machine learning and pelvic ultrasound and obesity medicine. He was the prior recipient of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) in-training award for research and a finalist for the ASRM Congress Prize Paper in 2024 for his research examining machine learning and predictive modeling in the diagnosis of PCOS. Dr. Evans also has a strong interest in medical education.
