Dr.Borus has been ***'s pediatrician since the day she was born. He was the pediatrician who had rounds that day and we thought he was such a kind, knowledgeable doctor. Being first time parents, we had lots of questions. He answered them and was patient and understanding. *** has gone to him for 14 years now and he is wonderful. He talks with her and cares about her as a person and not just her physical health, but her mental health. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr Borus to anyone looking for a pediatrician. The Green Road Pediatrics practice as a whole is great. Everyone is friendly and answers any questions promptly. Dr Borus also answers any questions I have or ***'s dad has. He truly is a great doctor and a wonderful person. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and their families.

Dr. Boris was excellent as always. It was our daughter's first fever and after 5 days we finally decided to have her seen. She was fine by the appointment but he even called to check on her two days later *** just to be sure she was feeling well. We really appreciated this!

Dr Borus does a great job spending time with the child, speaking to the child and answering all the questions. He never appears to be in a hurry to sneak out. I appreciate his time.

Industry Relationships

University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.

UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
