The sixth session of this series will discuss the nutritional challenges that people with obesity face related to adequacy and balance of macronutrients, vitamins, minerals, and fiber. Learn about physiologic and clinical characteristics of weight reduction obtained with glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) based therapies and potential nutritional complements to GLP-1 therapies that can help optimize health outcomes. Audience questions and answers will follow the presentation.
