UH Running Program

An initial screening will be completed by a UH physical therapy running specialist to assess:

• Strength
• Flexibility
• Video gait analysis
• Risk factors for injuries
• General fitness level

The program includes:

1. Three follow up PT appointments as needed for adjustments
2. Full detailed day-by-day training program for individual walking, running and resting needs
3. Nutrition Consult: call 216-983-PLAY(7529) to schedule your 30-60 minute visit

The cost of the running program is $239.

Video Analysis Only Option

This option is a scheduled, one-hour video running analysis appointment to evaluate and discuss the outcomes, biomechanics or any physical limitations that may affect your stride or performance. The cost is $99.

Phase II Services

This option is ideal for the advanced runner who is injury-free but may have recurring orthopedic issues and wants to prevent future injuries or may need extra services to help meet their personal running goals. The option includes cash-based services, beginning with a one-hour scheduled, $99 video running analysis and report. Cost per services is $25 per 15 minutes.
