Meet the UH LGBTQ+ & Gender Care Teams
University Hospitals LGBTQ+ & Gender Care services are provided by multidisciplinary teams of providers. All of our clinicians are highly sensitive to the needs of LGBTQ+ individuals and have advanced training and experience in their area of specialty.
Principal LGBTQ+ & Gender Care Team
This core team of clinical experts offer patients a full spectrum of LGBTQ+ & Gender Care services, including initial consultations; physical and psychological assessments; gender affirmation surgeries; primary and preventive health care services for all ages; and pediatric behavioral and endocrinology services.
Community LGBTQ+ & Gender Care Team for Adults
This team of UH providers are sensitive to the needs of the LGBTQ+ population and provide medical and psychological services in a wide variety of specialties. These clinicians have office locations across the region and provide accessible, ongoing gender care services and support for adults.
Community LGBTQ+ & Gender Care Team for Children and Adolescents
This team of UH pediatric specialists are sensitive to the physical and psychological needs of gender nonconforming children and adolescents. With office locations across the region, this team offers accessible, ongoing gender care services and support to pediatric patients and their families.

A fierce LGBTQ+ advocate with a clinical background and nearly 20 years of experience in the transgender health care space, ChrisTina works to make the University Hospitals LGBTQ+ & Gender Care program more compassionate and inclusive with every passing day.
