Deborah Slogar, CPA
Deborah Slogar, CPA is the Director of Finance for Academic services, supporting all research and education activities at UH Cleveland Medical Center. This includes the Affiliation with CWRU, all Graduate Medical Education programs, the Clinical Research Center, Harrington Discovery Institute, physician leadership services, and all financial support for research faculty. In addition, Deb provides coordination and analysis of the Cleveland Medical Center budgets, operating results, endowment funds and many other day to day duties. She has been employed at UH for 18 years, serving in a Public Accounting firm prior to that. Deb has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration with an Accounting Major from Cleveland State University and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1996.
Deb also is a long time member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and has been involved in the Northeast Ohio Chapter’s events and has chaired many committees for the chapter.
