  • NHSC Services Financial Assistance has unique criteria that differ from University Hospital's Financial Assistance policy. These differences include:
    • Social Security Number (SSN) is not required to apply for financial assistance.
    • Marital status is not required and will not be used to determine eligibility.
    • Eligibility is based solely on household income and family size – not on insurance status, citizenship, or other demographic factors.
