Thank you for your interest in the Fitness Center at University Hospitals Brunner Sanden Deitrick Wellness Center! When you join the UH Fitness Center in Mentor, you start with a free fitness assessment conducted by our degreed health professionals to develop an exercise program that meets your needs and goals. We review your progress together after three, six and 12 months, or whenever you feel necessary, to keep you on track. Our team is here to help support you on your journey to better health! Our fitness center features amenities for the entire family, including family changing room, swim lessons and more.
