Other Amenities at UH Ahuja Medical Center

Ensuring guests have all the services they need during their visit is one way we work to provide a less stressful hospital experience. To help visitors and patients, we offer the following amenities.

Free Wi-Fi

UH Ahuja Medical Center is pleased to provide free wireless high-speed internet access for our patients and guests. To connect, please follow these steps:

1. Turn on your WiFi-enabled device: smartphone, tablet or laptop.
2. Connect to the wireless network UH_Guest.
3. Launch the web browser and go to the website www.UHhospitals.org.
4. Read the user agreement and click Accept.
5. If you do not see a UH welcome page, you may need to configure the SSID or network name to UH_Guest.

Automated Teller Machines (ATMs)

An ATM for visitors is located on the first floor, just outside of the main elevators.

Meditation Room

A non-denominational meditation room is located on the first floor, in the main lobby area across from the main elevators. This space is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, offering a quiet respite for guests.

Lost and Found

If a guest finds an item that does not belong to them or is missing an item that may have been left in the hospital, please visit the main lobby reception desk or call Protective Services at 216-593-5760.

Our staff will forward any mail we receive after a patient has been discharged to the individual’s home address via the United States Postal Service.
