Reiki promotes a profound sense of wellbeing and is deeply relaxing, peaceful, and supportive of the body’s ability to heal itself. Used in conjunction with traditional medical treatment, it addresses the whole person to aid the healing process. For friends, loved ones and even for oneself this gentle, yet powerful, modality will improve energy and bring peace of mind. Reiki I includes: The history of Reiki, What Reiki is and how it heals, How to give a Reiki treatment, Reiki hand positions for others, both seated and reclining, Giving Reiki in the hospital setting, Reiki Level I certificate, Practice time. Each class is a combination of lecture, discussion and experience.
