Safe Sitter

This instructor-led class is designed to prepare students in grades 6–8 to stay safe when they’re home alone, watching younger siblings, or babysitting. The course includes fun games and role-playing activities to keep students engaged while they learn important skills.

Participants will also have the chance to practice rescue techniques such as choking rescue and CPR; however, they will not receive CPR certification.

There will be a 30-minute lunch break during the class. Participants must bring a lunch that does not require refrigeration.
