P.A.D. Screening

Know Your Risk. Protect Your Health.

What is PAD?

Peripheral Artery Disease, also known as PVD, is a common condition where narrowed arteries reduce blood flow, most often to your legs and feet. It’s primarily caused by plaque buildup in your arteries.

Are YOU at Risk?

Common Risk Factors for PAD:

  • Age 50+
  • Diabetes
  • High Blood Pressure
  • High Cholesterol
  • Smoking or Tobacco Use
  • History of Heart Disease
  • Overweight or Obesity
  • Physical Inactivity

Why Get Screened?

  • Many people with PAD have no symptoms, making early detection vital.
  • Untreated PAD can lead to serious issues like leg pain, non-healing wounds, and increased risk of heart attack or stroke.

This screening is completely free to help our community stay healthy.
