Introduction to Mindfulness- Virtual

Mindfulness is a way of paying attention in the present moment, on purpose, and non-judgmentally. Through the use of formal and informal practices we can train our minds and bodies in this kind of awareness. Participants will receive an introduction to the principles of mindfulness.This class is free to UH employees through GPS.
