UH IRB Templates and Forms Workshop
Thursday, June 24, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM
This session will go over the various templates and forms required for IRB review. Including the Biomedical Protocol Template, Supplemental Form, Request for Waiver of HIPAA Authorization Forms, UH Letter Recruitment Form, UH Email Recruitment Forms. This workshop is aimed at helping investigators fill out their forms and answer questions on the spot. Please come with questions to work through your questions with an IRB specialist!
