Dr Marks very clearly explains the issue, treatment options, etc. He then gives me time to ask any questions or voice concerns. I never feel rushed.
I have never had a doctor or doctors staff more concern about my health than Jeffrey and his staff, let alone UH in general. *** Just the amount of concern and care and the tests they've recommended has been above and beyond. I'm not use to having providers that actually seem to care.
I will always appreciate the respect and great care provided to me.
I thought the visit went well and in timely fashion.
