About
Moira A. Crowley, MD, is a neonatologist in the Division of Neonatology and Perinatal Medicine, Director of the Neonatal Extra-Corporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO) Program, Director of Neonatology Consultative Services at University Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital, and is the Medical Co-Director of the NICU. She is Associate Professor, Pediatrics, Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine.
Dr. Crowley is board certified in pediatrics and neonatal-perinatal medicine. Her special interests include ECMO, surgical treatment in newborns, and newborns affected by in utero opioid exposure. She joined the UH Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital staff in 2010.
Dr. Crowley completed her undergraduate studies at Boston College, Boston, Massachusetts. She received her medical degree from the University of Massachusetts Medical School, Worcester, Massachusetts. She completed a residency in pediatrics followed by a fellowship in neonatology/perinatal medicine, both at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
Dr. Crowley has published chapters in neonatal medicine textbooks and papers in peer-reviewed journals and presented at national neonatal medicine meetings. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
