I cannot thank Dr. Troy enough. I was just going for a routine exam but I was in the middle of a family tragedy. She took all the time I needed to listen to my situation. She was so caring and thoughtful. I have a hard time opening up but she made it so easy and truly felt how much she cared. I also explained to her that I have trouble sleeping. She was able to give me some medication to help and did It make a difference! My mental health definitely went from fair to good and I have been able to process the difficult situation I have been going thru. Usually, I feel like doctors are there for the exams and report test results. Dr. Troy was more than a doctor to me that day. She truly Is a blessing.

I've been seeing Dr. Troy for many years, and she has always listened to my concerns about any of my health and mental care concerns. (I had a rough time during COVID shutdown with work/home balance.) I cannot praise her enough for the care she has given me over the years.

The doctor and her medical staff are all very knowledgeable. I needed testing done and it was scheduled before I left the office. The testing was done In the same building within a half hour of leaving the doctors care. Couldn't ask for a more polite, concerned, and smiling staff. ***

The customer service provided at this office was excellent. I was greeted with pleasant people at the front end of the office. They were the kind of people I would want working for me in the front end of my business. They greeted me with pleasant attitudes, brief casual, and friendly conversation. I waited just a few minutes before going into the office examination room. There a nurse greeted me did preliminary questions and examinations asked me questions and answered questions. The doctor entered. We had very good conversation. Enough time was given for the examination and discussion of next steps.Overall, my experience was very good. As this was my first visit, I will certainly be back. I much prefer being treated like a "valued customer" than a patient. At this office, I was definitely treated like a valued well-known customer.
Always a good experience when I see Dr. Troy. She's great and ***at the reception desk is always so helpful. I make my next appointment when I'm there so I won't run out of my one prescription, ***makes sure I get an appointment for that reason.

Dr Troy is the most reliable provider I have had For the long time. I never have to wait long for an appointment. I have chronic UTI issues, she is there and available for me if my uro- OBGYN is not available. She is sensitive to my needs for example: I called her office for the phone# of the specialist to reschedule the appt while abroad on family emergency. The nurse called back the same day with the number and canceled the appointment for me as well. All my respect to Dr Troys and her staff for the initiative and group effort.
All went well and I was treated with respect and kindness.
