My only concern was my health care provided talked very fast at the beginning of my appointment. I am getting older and my health condition is changinging. I dont want to feel rush. However by the end of my visit I felt most pf my needs were addressed and was relived by my visit. I firgot to mention a few concetns eventhough I wrote everything diwn and had my list with me Again U feel this was related to feeling rushed in the beginning. As I griw older and have changes I don't want to feel rushed on my visit and voicing my concerns. Aging is scary and nit easy.

Dr Jason is amazing and I tell all my male friends about him. He takes his time and is always very responsive on MyChart! You should start asking survey questions about MyChart. I never call the office. I send a message and Dr Jason always responds in less than 24 hours.
Once again, I recommend that Dr. Jason Sustersic's talents be used in producing videos or podcasts for the hospital. Either that, or have him teach staff and future doctors.

His approach blends how the body naturally functions and ways to naturally reduce the root cause. He provides practical information and most importantly explains the why behind his suggestions. He takes my concerns seriously; I'm not a number, but a respected patient.

Answers to my questions were good and helpful. The visit was helpful and knowledgeable.
Care provider was cordial and professional. He listened to a back problem I've had for several years, made suggestions and explained tests that he felt were necessary. He ordered routine labs for this yearly physical. He listened to heart and lungs and checked ears but didn't ask any questions about lifestyle, exercise, memory, or other aging concerns. I feel that he addressed my back concerns well and I'm following up on tests, referral etc.
