I am almost *** years young. *** Dr. Richardson is the most compassionate primary care physician I have ever had. He explains my care plan thoroughly, explaining the details and reasons why and what he is doing. On every visit I tell him how grateful I am that he is taking such good care of me. Lorie, and all of Dr, Richardson's staff genuinely care for me too. Lorie got me in to see Dr. Richardson very quickly when another patient cancelled an appointment.

Dr. Richardson's health conversations put me at ease as he talks "with me" as opposed to"at me". His explanations of health conditions, treatment, and the causes and affects are easy to understand. He always asks for questions concerning conditions, treatment, affects and follow up.I am very comfortable with him and extremely confident of his care plans! His support staff is excellent!

Five stars in every way, from making the appointment, checking in, talking with the nurse and having vitals taken, seeing Dr. William Stanley Richardson, and checking out. Actually enjoy my doctor visits. Also, another 5 star experience having blood taken at the UH North Ridgeville Health Center Lab. Thank you.

Dr. William Richardson is an absolute gem of a physician. He has NEVER let our family down, in fact he consistently goes above and beyond what I would consider normal patient care. As long as he practices medicine, my family and I will seek his guidance, regardless of network or Insurance parameters. Anyone I know looking for a physician - I give them his name and tell them they will seek no further. May God bless this wonderful doctor.

Industry Relationships

University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.

UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.

As of December 31, 2016, William Richardson did not disclose any Outside Relationships with Industry.
