This was an urgent care visit. I was very happy with the care that was provided.
I went in nervous, but once the doctor came in ,I felt comfortable.
The entire visit was very satisfying
I have always had a good experience with Dr Palma.
The nurse did explain the delay in seeing me once I got back to the room. The reception staff did not provide any updates regarding the delay.
Awesome experience and great job by all.
Everything went ok no problems
Excellent care provided at the walk in clinic. Wait time was minimal. Received quality care in a short time. Would recommend the walk in clinic to many of my friends.
I HAVE A NEED TO FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE AND RELAXED WITH A DOCTOR. SHE WAS ALL THIS! FIRST TIME I HAVE EVER HAD A FEMALE DOCTOR AND I LOVE HER!!!
Having the Convenient Care option where my primary care physician is located is an absolutely wonderful option!
Dr. Palma and her staff are top notch!
Both were professional and friendly.
I am always treated with respect and kindness. I feel comfortable discussing my medical questions and concerns with my doctor.
This was a visit to an Urgent Care Office in Avon Ohio. An overall excellent experience.
My doctor was excellent! She was very thorough and empathetic. I highly recommend her!
This was a walk in clinic appointment, as my doctor was booked. The receptionist, nurses and doctor were great and I felt well taken care of as I would have been at my regular doctor's office. Peace of mind.
Dr. Palma is a sweet lady who knows her stuff! And I really enjoyed the conversation I had with nurse Hope. The people at the *** location are all really nice, I couldn't ask for better.
I have loved the care I've received, office staff, nurses and doctor was all wonderful and made me feel like I wasn't a horrible person because my health isn't wear it should be. I felt heard and well cared for!

Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
