The provider was delayed, but I was treated with respect. When the provider did come in they apologized for the delay and showed genuine concern for me, my time, & my health concerns.
Both the doctor and resident were open, compassionate, communicative, and professional.
With this provider I really liked the fact of how comfortable I was to be able to talk to him and how much he understands the everyday concerns and understanding of the needs that is needed for work if you have to miss some work time to be able to come to the appointment. I love how nice the people were along the way when I was looking for the office and how his staff understanding of being a few minutes late while I was in the building looking for the office. Just a down right to earth nice people in the office.

Dr. & entire staff were caring and efficient. They went above and beyond to see me ASAP and adjusted schedule to accommodate me. Dr. Goel & his staff understood my issues, addressed them, and scheduled needed surgery in a timely fashion. I was listened to, believed, understood, options were discussed and decisions made based on his expertise to my complete satisfaction.
Dr. Goel was one of the most caring, empathetic, kind doctors I have ever seen. His staff was also very kind, helpful, and reassuring. I would recommend anyone to see him. He is great!

I had a very good experience.! Dr Goel listened to me where other doctors wouldn't. He didn't prescribe me pain medicine , he figured out the problem and put me on a plan of getting better. You don't find many doctors like him any more that makes a plan . I was very happy with him and felt peace of mind that he was able to figure out what was going on and that I didn't need a physiatrist like the other doctors suggested. Now Im on the right track for feeling better. I couldn't be happier wish I would If started with him when I first got sick, It would have saved me a lot of time and heart ache.
