I waited over an hour to see the Dr. The assistant forgot to send me to xray. After I asked about the long wait,they sent me to xray. All staff were polite and cordial. The assistant did apologize.
Some issues about care didn't need to be discussed because I have been getting knee injections every 6 months for a couple of years now and am very familiar with the procedure. The doctor is always thorough and kind when answering any questions I have had. Re scheduling next appointment. As these injections are to be done in a series of 3 injections one week apart, all three appointments were scheduled at the same time. The pertain scheduling was so kind and able to schedule the appointments around my work schedule. Everyone I've been in contact with in this office-doctor, nurse, office staff, is wonderful. I feel very well cared for there.

Dr. Feighan is the most amazing surgeon I have ever met. He has performed 5 surgeries on me and I have had zero issues. Dr. Feighan also has an excellent bedside manner, he has always treated me with respect and he truly listens to me when we talk. He is the greatest orthopedic doctor/surgeon and he has truly and honestly changed my life for the better.
