This was my initial/ welcome/ 1st visit with the provider. I recently relocated from ***. The provider exceeded my expectations.
I was very pleased with Erin Falasco. I had not been to see a doctor in years and was hopeful to establish a primary care provider. She was attentive, kind, seemed knowledgeable and spent a long time with me as a new patient. I especially appreciated the fact that she listened intently, answered my questions and was not judgemental.
I am changing primary care doctors and Erin was very great at the transition. She will be my new primary care doctor in the future.
