I absolutely love Dr. Carbone but my wait time for a pre-scheduled routine visit is over 1 hour, every time. He is very caring and takes his time with his patients and that is wonderful, but maybe they should not schedule so many people, that way people are not expected to take two hours out of their day for an appointment that should take 10 minutes.
Excellent provider. Dr Carbone is always very thorough and knowledgeable. If necessary suggests specialist that can further help me and keeps me on track with eye screening and other things as I age. I appreciate his guidance and expertise as a general practitioner. He has a vast amount of knowledge to guide me thru life's changes

First, every one of these surveys are the same answers for me. Dr. Carbone is a wonderful doctor!! He has patience above all others. He is the BEST! I don't care about the wait time as if someone needs extra time they should have it. As for calling me about test results~~do they even do this when you can look all results up on MY Chart? I have no complaints!
This Provider is very much in demand in this practice. He's a great doctor. But the waiting is much too long.
