The whole experience was excellent
Very polite and friendly receptionist. The tech who took my vitals and asked pertinent questions about my visit, and looked up information for me was very professional, yet friendly, with excellent "bedside manners". My husband and I were both impressed with her. We kept commenting at how friendly, and professional, and nice she was!The Nurse Practitioner I saw, Kate, was kind and sympathetic with my situation. She, too was professional and "down to earth". She answered any and all questions I asked. She was also very friendly and professional towards my husband with any and all questions he asked. Kate reminded me of my former PCP, because I felt like she and I were the only 2 people in the entire building. I didn't feel rushed at all. I'm appreciative of professionals like her and the others who treated me as a whole person, and not just a number.
She took all the time I needed to get concerns addressed
This was a very needed visit to review a recent issue that I have been having the past two weeks and I have been sick for the last couple of monthsI received appropriate prescriptions and filled them and my issue has been helped considerably. So thankful for the quick appt and thorough medical treatment
