The delay with the start of the appointment was caused by a network computer issue that had affected the entire office earlier that afternoon. The appointment was delayed by about 45 minutes. My physician, Dr. Robert Zanotti, explained this to me as he entered the exam room. He was apologetic about the delayed. I told him that I was grateful for having gotten In to see him within just a few days of scheduling the appointment.
