Good experience.
He was worth the wait. Excellent provider.
My appointment was at 8am. I was told to arrive half an hour early to complete paperwork, as I was a new patient. I took the morning off work to go straight there. They didn't open till 8am. So I had to wait outside the office for half an hour and miss work in the morning. Aside from that, after they opened, everyone was wonderful, pleasant, and fast. The doctor himself came to the waiting room to get me, not a nurse or anyone else.
Dr. Yilmaz and his staff are wonderful. Always kind and careful to consider any questions or concerns I have. Everyone is patient and put one at ease.
I have always received the best care from University hospital team very satisfied!!!

This was an emergency appointment that the office staff arranged in one day *** Dr. Yilmaz probably saved my hearing because he knew how to treat me. Three visits at urgent care can only do so much and it was impossible to see an ENT because I was a new patient. I'm very thankful for Dr. Yilmaz's attention to my problem.
