I was very relieved that Dr. Vatev was on call as I had a painful earache. She was able to start me on antibiotics as she knew I was coming in the next day to see her. My right ear does not drain normally and so when it is infected it is particularly painful as pus and blood build up inside the inner ear. I was surprised I could get an appointment so soon after I called. I didn't want to go to an urgi care because last time I caught something when I was there and got very sick. I have been seeing Dr. Vatev and have recommended her to others, including my daughter, who sees her too. My hubsand also joined the practice and sees Dr. Green who he also likes very much. We feel very fortunate.

The provider is excellent and does not prescribe medication for any health conditions. Rather she takes the do it approach of physical therapy when appropriate. I trust her iinplicintly.

Dr. Vatev is always very thorough and always explains the needed information on my health issues. I have messaged her several times after office hours and she always answers my questions within a couple of hours. She has never delayed her response to the next day. I find that very vital. Dr. Vatev is the best and I wouldn't trade her; recently during a critical health situation she promised me she would get back to me no matter the time. Well, she did just that, at 10:30 pm in the middle of the holiday season. This is not the first time in my history of seeing her that she went above, beyond and overboard to provide excellent care. I cannot say enough good about her!
