***. I did not mind waiting, provider was very thorough and explained reason for waiting, which I understood completely. Front desk helped me schedule f/u appt which was not required but offered to do so. Very helpful.

Lisa Vagi was hands down the best provider I have seen and that is something because my PCP and OB are both such wonderful providers. Lisa was extremely helpful, answered my questions, the day I saw her she was the only provider that day due to the holiday season and she did not rush me in fact she spent extra time talking to me before the exam. She asked for consent, continued to talk me through what she was doing, and overall a fantastic provider. I think she is in the right field as she was polite, personable, and really kind. I would definitely go to see her again.

Lisa is the best provider at the midtown office! She has compassion beyond words that most doctors could never come close to

Lisa was very kind and helpful. She went through my entire medical health history with me as well as my pregnancies. She asked my input on my health history and took the time to explain. She made me feel important and included. I appreciate her level of knowledge and skill.

I had a phenomenal experience. I wanted to have an appointment with a woman because the last time I saw a male gynecologist for the same issue I thought he just slapped some meds on me without asking any questions or giving any information and it ended up being a really bad experience. With Lisa Vagi it was totally the opposite, I felt she really cared and we discussed multiple options in detail. I was so happy with the visit and follow up phone conversation to determine my care going forward!

Lisa Vagi and the nurse in her office who took my vitals are among the nicest people I've met in the medical profession. It was so nice to feel comfortable, respected and heard during this appointment. I would recommend them to anyone I know who needs an OB/GYN

Industry Relationships

University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.

UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
