Patient Experience Reviews
The nurse/MA who gave the pediatric shots is wonderful. We look forward to seeing her every time we go to Dr. Tegedor's office.
We are so happy with Dr Tegeder and her nurse Felicia. They are so helpful and friendly. I appreciate that the office schedules newborn appointments through the first year vs having to schedule after every visit. Felicia really helped me out as a first time mom postpartum experiencing a lot of pain from my c section. I would consider it above and beyond. Dr Tegeder takes the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly, give us real world advice and talk through any concerns. This is incredibly helpful and appreciated. I never feel rushed or silly asking a question.
Dr. Tegeder is the best! Our 5 year old little angle loves her and the rest of the team. Keep up the good work! Thank you in advance.
*** Dr. Tegeder are always so kind and care about *** care. They are very understanding of him and listen to any concerns we have. They also tell us how he is doing. We find the appointments to go very well.
Dr. Tegedar is wonderful. We are very happy being her patients.
Dr. Tegeder is very kind and smart. We do wish she saw patients on Fridays. Makes it easier on kids in school to have the weekend to recover from any needed vaccines.
Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
