Marla is an excellent listener and communicator. This was my first visit with her and she made me feel very much at ease. She answered my questions about routine tests
Marla sometimes runs behind but it's ok with me because she takes her time and makes sure she addresses my concerns and those of all her patients. I'd rather wait than have her rush and feel like I'm getting the best care.

The only issue was that the order for the next appt wasn't ready when I left and they said they'd set it up for me that day, but I haven't gotten a notice about the appointments. Everyone was wonderful though.
This is the best doctor hands-down. She spends so much time with you and her nurses are incredible as well.

This Urgent Care in Mentor is the best I've been at in the UH system. Marla was phenomenal, the staff was kind, respectful and all said goodbye and feel better. This is a gem for UH. Wait wasn't long. Cleanliness was awesome. *** who did my pre-assessment and x-ray was kind and comforting with her wonderful sense of humor which comforted me when I was feeling so bad.
