It was my preference to stand close to provider as I have hearing problems, even with hearing aides. Provider was amenable to whatever was best for me. I did note that even though the provider had to be entering information into a computer, they maintained eye contact with me through out the visit. I'm not that comfortable being a patient in a health care situation, yet this office, from check In to check out, makes it easy to be so.
