About

Tanner Speakman PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant specializing in orthopedics sports medicine and adult reconstruction with the Center for Orthopedics. Speakman works closely alongside Brett McCoy, MD, providing orthopedic care across the greater Cleveland area.

Speakman earned a Bachelor of Science in kinesiology and health with a minor focus in bioanthropology at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He then attended the physician assistant program at Baldwin Wallace University in Berea, Ohio, where he earned a Master of Medical Science in physician assistant studies. Amongst several research projects working with Miami University’s student athletes, Speakman completed additional surgical training through Indiana University’s medical program during his undergraduate journey.

Speakman enjoys playing a variety of sports outside of work, including golf, soccer and volleyball, which integrate seamlessly into his professional life as a sports medicine physician assistant.
