Very impressed by the immediate acknowledgement and quick response to finally address my concerns that I've dealt with more than half of my life

Dr Sherlock was excellent in explaining my medical condition and the options I have. He even said, "Let's start at the beginning " and drew diagrams of the female anatomy to explain what causes my condition and the options I have going into the future. He is the third doctor I've seen in over 20 years since post menopausal and the first to really explain more about the woman's anatomy and changes in the elder years. I couldn't ask for a kinder doctor.

Dr. Sherlock is AMAZING! I wish I would have found years and years ago after seeing several terrible doctors. He listens well and explains things so that you can understand. He does not play on anxious feelings but just tries to make you feel calm and not worry. He is so well educated I feel that I'm in the best hands when he is treating me.

I wrote a nice long paragraph about what a good doctor he was!! I don't appreciate having this survey say my time has expired and I had to go back where I initially started and when I got to this part here it was blank, I am not happy about that, I suggest you fix your website so it doesn't do that.I am very upset about this. I wanted Dr. Sherlock to know he was really appreciated!!

I was referred to Dr. Sherlock for a surgical procedure that my OBGYN was not comfortable performing, due to some potential complications. Dr. Sherlock is one of the best physicians I have encountered at UH. My recovery has been so easy, and I know it is due to how skilled Dr. Sherlock is as a surgeon.

I was referred to Dr. Sherlock for a surgical procedure my OBGYN couldn't perform. I typically try to avoid going to male doctors due to previous bad experiences. I was so impressed with Dr. Sherlock's bedside manner. He is an amazing physician and I would definitely recommend him!

Dr Sherlock picked up my care after a complicated 11 month period of time - I was in pain, seen by 8 other providers and felt dismissed. He has been a true professional in diagnosing me, treating me and providing answers and treatment that have so helped my condition...

Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
