The staff took extra care to get **** in for back-to-back appointments; this was unexpected and extremely appreciated. **** is non-verbal, medical issues can be a mystery and require much patience. **** spent time asking questions and offering plans for care to figure out the problem. When a specific medication was decided on, she would have to speak personally with the pharmacist to insure it was created for use in a g-tube - this was an extra effort that she accomplished. Her patience and the staff's initiative in getting **** a manageable appointment is putting **** on the road to better health and is VERY appreciated.
