Patient Experience Reviews
Both Heidi and the staff seem to genuinely care about you and make you feel welcomed. I enjoy working with them!
I feel I'm receiving excellent care with a personal touch.
I like her a lot. She shows compassion and caring toward her patients. She takes the time with you, doesn't make u feel she is rushing appointment. If she wants you to call, she tells u,and in anticipation of you doing so. Fills medicine requests asap as needed. Paperwork u need filled out is also done in a very speedy manner too.
I feel strongly she is very attentive and an exceptional health care provider.
Ms. Schneider was very personable, patient and attentive. She was easy to talk to, which I complemented her on.
Very good and thorough
Heidi is always very helpful and caring and willing to listen.
Heidi always takes the time with her patients and explains things. Ask also what the patient thinks. And gives the patient opportunity to contribute to conversation to find a solution to yur health concerns.
Everything went GREAT!!!!!!!

Everything was good
Very helpful and caring
Heidi and her team were amazing. They listened with compassion and gave me great support while I was addressing my health concerns. They were able to give me a solid plan and give me the encouragement to succeed. In these first two visits with Heidi, she was so personal and relatable. All my questions were answered and my follow up requests were taken care of immediately. Many thanks to Heidi and the whole team that runs her office.
Very good experience
She was excellent. Listened to me and my concerns and actually did something
This was my first visit with this provider as I just switched Dr. I am a 100% more pleased with them then my last provider.
I felt the care provided was exceptional and have only positive feelings regarding my experiences. I am very, very satisfied with Heidi!
Heidi and her student were great as always! Thank you kindly!
Heidi and the entire staff were very good! My Dr of 30 years retired and I was a bit concerned about finding someone I could connect with the way I did with my previous Dr. Pleased to say I'm lucky to have found Heidi.
Heidi and the whole staff were very nice. It was my first visit with a new PA since my Doctor of over 30 years retired and I'm so glad I chose Heidi and her staff.

My first visit with Heidi and it went very well. My previous Dr who I had for 35 years retired and Heidi made the whole visit so comfortable and discussed my concerns very well and we came up with a game plan. I was very pleased that it went so well.

Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
