I have been a patient of Dr. Thomas J Schmeiser, DO - UH West Avenue Family Medicine for many years, before him I was a patient of Dr. Dinzmore at same office for over 30'years, I have always received First Class care, Dr. Schmeiser, Is one of the smartest Docs I have ever known, he Is very knowledgeable, knows my history, my meds, & my medical issues. From scheduling an appointment, to asking for a refill, the staff, receptionist, they are all very professional, & friendly, The PA Jessica, & Dr. Schmeiser, assistant /nurse Mallory are both excellent at their jobs, smart, caring, very qualified. I believe the West Ave office does an excellent job representing the best that University Hospitals has to offer. I recomend Dr. Schmeiser, anytime one of my employees, or friends asks me if I can recommend a Medical Professional.

It's nice to have a provider take me seriously and actually LISTEN to my concerns for my health concerns. Wait time is annoying, but Dr Schmeiser does spend time in the exam room, so that may be the reason for the wait. Waiting seems better in this regard.
