Dr. Schapiro is a very good physician. She is very respectful and caring.
While I waited longer than 15 minutes to be seen, as soon as she walked in, Dr. Shapiro apologized for the delay. I told her I understood that things can happen this way in a general practice. The wait time was not excessive, in my view. Dr. Schapiro definitely takes her time with her patience and that's can sometimes lead to delays because some patients are much needier than others.
I am totally confident in the care, concern, and counsel provided by Dr. Schapiro.
