Kimberly Royal is a great doctor. She takes her time to explain everything you need to know, she double checks everything that was discussed in the office before putting it on record, and she is a kind individual. Additional, the nursing staff and reception staff were friendly and time efficient.

Office staff are much friendlier than they used to be. I almost stopped using UH because the office folks were consistently so rude and dismissive. I like my Dr so I stuck around and I'm glad I did.
